We currently have an opportunity for a Production Manager at our Manufacturing Facility in Hot Springs, AR.
Responsibilities:
The Production Manager leads manufacturing operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production while achieving operational performance objectives. This role provides strategic leadership for a large manufacturing organization by optimizing people, processes, and resources to improve productivity, quality, and service. The Production Manager partners cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, support business growth, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.

Leadership
- Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Develop, coach, and lead salaried, hourly, and temporary employees to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Establish clear performance expectations and hold leaders accountable for operational results and employee development.
Operations
- Direct production activities to maximize equipment utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Allocate labor, materials, and production resources to meet customer demand and business priorities.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing results.
- Communicate plant performance, operational risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
Safety & Compliance
- Champion a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Drive accountability for incident prevention, corrective actions, and continuous safety improvement throughout the organization.
Quality
- Ensure products consistently meet quality standards, customer expectations, and manufacturing specifications.
- Lead investigations into quality trends and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support successful product launches and continuous product improvement.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives that improve productivity, reduce waste, and increase operational effectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts that standardize processes and enhance long-term manufacturing performance.
Business Partnership
- Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and other functional partners to resolve operational challenges and achieve business objectives.
- Support strategic plant initiatives that improve operational capability and organizational performance.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
- 6+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a high-volume production environment.
Preferred
- Experience leading Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience leading salaried and hourly manufacturing teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality systems, and safety practices.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Ability to analyze operational performance and make sound business decisions.

Posted Salary Range:
USD $98,400.00 - USD $139,000.00 /A
Bonus Eligibility:
Role is eligible for 10% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
