We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals for Production Manufacturing Associate roles in and around Providence, Rhode Island. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, contribute to daily manufacturing operations, and develop valuable hands-on skills
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow production schedules and maintain workflow to meet deadlines.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of production lines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
