Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Material Handlers in Wooster, with an immediate need for nightshift associates at $20 /hour.

Instead of working five days every week, you'll work a rotating 12-hour schedule with more full days away from work built into your schedule.

Your job is straightforward but important: keep automated manufacturing equipment supplied with the materials it needs to keep production moving.

No specialized machining experience is required. We're looking for dependable people who can stay active, keep track of material needs, and work well as part of a manufacturing team.

Available Shifts

Day Shift | $19 /Hour
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Night Shift | $20 /Hour
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Both positions work a rotating 12-hour schedule.

What You'll Do

• Monitor material levels throughout the production process
• Keep automated manufacturing equipment supplied with needed materials
• Replenish materials before equipment runs low
• Maintain appropriate material inventory levels
• Keep materials organized and readily available for production
• Help prevent production delays caused by material shortages
• Communicate material needs and concerns with team members
• Follow established safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Stay active throughout the 12-hour shift

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working around automated manufacturing equipment
• Ability to remain standing and active for a 12-hour shift
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED required

Previous manufacturing or material-handling experience is helpful, but not required.
