Description:

The Manufacturing Operator role is responsible for:
" Operating paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment, including pumps, valves, filling machines, case packers, labelers, robotics, and forklifts
" Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods
" Monitoring raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications
" Maintaining production records, equipment logs, and inventory levels
" Performing routine manufacturing tasks and minor equipment troubleshooting
" Supporting production schedules and collaborating with other departments to meet customer demands
" Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
" Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects

Minimum Requirements:
" Must be at least 18 years of age
" Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
" One year or more of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution experience
" Experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment
" Experience monitoring gauges, machinery, and production processes
" Forklift and material handling equipment experience
" Experience working with raw materials, blending, mixing, or batch manufacturing processes
" Experience monitoring product quality and maintaining production documentation
