As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for performing various production line and material handling tasks. You will ensure production standards are met, operate equipment with precision, and maintain accurate documentation. Your role is pivotal in delivering quality products while adhering to safety and compliance protocols.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect components, materials, and final products during the production process.
• Execute tasks as specified in batch records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify non-conforming products and perform necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and optimize processes.
• Adhere to cGMP guidelines and plant policies.
• Participate in area improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment.
• Must pass the GMP test and obtain area certifications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and up to 75 lbs. assisted.

Preferences

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines and SOPs.
