Production Operator
We are currently seeking a candidate with manufacturing experience for a client in Akron, Ohio!
In this position you will be working for a company built on providing custom latex compounds and superior dipped goods for over 45 years.

Hours:
1st Shift, Monday-Friday -Hours can be either 7:30am-6:00pm or 6:00am-2:30pm - Candidates must be available for both
Pay:
$18.00-$20.00/hr
Responsibilities:- Clear finished product from manufacturing line
- Prepare QC samples
- Monitor product quality
- Box and store material for quality review
- Document production conditions and fill out production records
- Clean and maintain workspace
- Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules for production
Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing
- Good math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Adhere to safe work practices
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in a hot environment
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours per day
- Must be open to being cross trained in different departments
