We are currently seeking candidates for HCL Fabricators, Reman Parts Group, Silicone Group and HCL Production (Shim) Operators and other production roles at our Robison Road facility in Erie, PA. About the Role
In a Production Role, you will perform a variety of manufacturing processes across different areas. These roles support the production of high-quality Parker Lord products and require a strong commitment to safety, quality, consistency, and teamwork.
Other production opportunities may also be available, and candidates will be considered for all open production roles that match their skills and experience.
All candidates must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift for an extended period of time. A shift differential is paid for off shifts.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
Perform hands-on production and manufacturing duties in assigned work areas
Support fabrication processes and other production operations as needed
Follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements
Maintain focus and consistency while performing repetitive production operations
Help meet expected production output while maintaining quality and safety standards
Complete required paperwork and computer transactions accurately and on time
Enter labor, stockroom control, and quality data as required
Communicate effectively with co-workers, production support teams, and internal customers
Work closely with operators and department support staff to support smooth shift changeovers
Participate in activities that improve safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
Support LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts
Train new operators as needed
Perform other similar, related, or assigned production duties
What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who are:

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Detail-oriented and able to complete documentation accurately
Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks while staying focused
Able to communicate clearly with co-workers and support teams
Available to work 2nd or 3rd shift for an extended period of time (8+ years)
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but candidates with strong reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn may also be considered for available production roles.
Important Employment Requirements
Most production positions fall within the scope of the FAA Drug and Alcohol Program. Candidates must successfully pass an FAA drug screen upon hire and submit to random testing as required.
