Manufacturing & Production Operators – Multiple Openings

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for multiple manufacturing and production opportunities. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, or quality inspection.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing and production equipment.
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine quality checks and maintain accurate production records.
• Identify, sort, and remove defective products from production.
• Package, label, and palletize finished products.
• Handle raw materials and assist with general production operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, SOPs, and manufacturing guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months of manufacturing or production experience.
• Previous machine operation experience preferred; required for certain positions.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40–50 lbs., depending on the position.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
