Production Operator

Our client, Industry Descriptor is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Fill/Cap/Label/Freeze Dry department supporting team-based manufacturing of Bio-Rad bottled product. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, the ability to follow detailed work instructions, and the drive to keep production moving while meeting established GMP standards.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Support filling, capping, labeling, and freeze-dry related operations in the Fill/Cap/Label/Freeze Dry department to help manufacture Bio-Rad bottled product in compliance with established GMP processes and procedures.
• Perform filling tasks that may include hand filling and/or operating semi-automated machinery as part of team-based production.
• Deliver semi-finished goods to warehousing using carts or pallet trucks when applicable.
• Complete in-process and final quality inspection of components/product to help ensure production meets required standards.
• Follow procedures and work instructions, complete required documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and perform inventory/quality transactions in the SAP Inventory System.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding/familiarity with large scale manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday (MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI) during the 1st shift schedule.
