We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Operator to join our metal finishing team. This role supports plating and anodizing operations for aerospace and high-spec manufacturing.
Schedule:
First shift
Flexible start/end times available
Overtime frequently available
Responsibilities:
Operate and support electrochemical processing lines (nickel, cadmium, and related processes)
Load/unload parts and move work through multiple plating lines
Monitor chemical baths, equipment, and process parameters
Verify work meets customer specifications and internal requirements
Track and record production activity and job status
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a metal finishing, plating, or manufacturing environmentpreferred
Experience working with multiple plating lines (nickel, cadmium, etc.) is a strong plus
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to accurately complete required paperwork and production records
Basic familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, XRF) is a plus, but can be trained
