Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Penmac Staffing is hiring for General Labor / Machine Operator positions in Heber Springs, AR. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking to gain manufacturing experience and build a long-term career with a growing company. Candidates must be available to work either 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, based on production needs. Previous machine operation experience is helpful but not required for all positions. Training may be provided for motivated individuals who are eager to learn.Requirements for the General Labor / Machine Operator
- Ability to work either 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
General Labor / Machine Operator Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery according to company standards
- Monitor machines and report any mechanical or quality issues
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Inspect products to ensure quality specifications are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
- Assist with packaging, assembly, and other production-related tasks
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
