Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Packaging Assemblers in Ashland across multiple shifts. This is hands-on production work focused on assembling, inspecting, and packaging flexible products used in commercial applications.

You'll work as part of a production team to make sure products are assembled correctly, packaged accurately, and ready for shipment.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 /hour based on shift
Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and finish flexible manufactured products
• Apply and secure components to finished products
• Inspect completed work for quality and proper assembly
• Count and package finished products according to specifications
• Seal, label, and prepare boxes for shipment
• Place completed products on pallets
• Identify and report products that don't meet quality standards
• Complete basic production documentation accurately
• Help keep materials and finished products moving through the work area
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and consistent work habits
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on production work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow product specifications and work instructions
• Comfortable standing and staying active throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or production experience is helpful
• Pallet jack, tow motor, RF scanner, or basic computer experience is a plus
