Looking for a steady manufacturing opportunity with multiple shift options and pay up to $22.05 per hour? This is a great opportunity to get started or continue building your experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, and warehouse operations.

As a Production Packaging Associate, you'll help keep production moving by inspecting and packaging plastic products, monitoring production lines, maintaining packaging supplies, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.

Pay

$18.50–$22.05 per hour, depending on shift.

Available Shifts

Monday–Thursday

• 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

• 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

• 11:30 PM–8:00 AM

Friday–Sunday

• 5:30 AM–6:00 PM

• 5:30 PM–6:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Package and label finished products according to customer specifications

• Inspect bottles and packaging for quality and accuracy

• Monitor conveyor lines and safely clear bottle jams

• Perform required quality checks, including drop tests on designated lines

• Report product defects or quality concerns

• Restock packaging materials to keep production running efficiently

• Collect and properly process discarded bottles

• Operate grinding equipment when required

• Move finished products to designated storage areas

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and PPE requirements

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

• Perform other production and packaging duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level candidates are welcome

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Basic math skills

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend

• Reliable attendance and ability to work your scheduled shift

• Willingness to complete required Production/Packaging Associate training within 90 days of hire

Work Environment

This position works in a fast-paced production environment that may include:

• Moving mechanical equipment

• Moderate to loud noise levels

• Indoor temperatures that may vary from hot to cold

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, grasping, and handling materials
