• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process. 
• Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Holland area. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service. 
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings effectively. 
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with legal and company standards. 
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions. 
• Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate advice and maintain professional standards.
