Production Partner

As a Production Partner, you’ll have access to a proven platform featuring established business models, streamlined systems, advanced technology, coaching, training, and accountability. Working closely with an experienced agent, you’ll expand your real estate knowledge, make progress toward your professional objectives, and contribute meaningfully to the team’s ongoing growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Strategize with team and sales agent to ensure business goals are met
