Production Partner

As a Production Partner, you’ll benefit from a proven framework that includes established models, systems, technology, coaching, training, and accountability. Working closely with an experienced agent, you’ll strengthen your real estate expertise, advance your professional goals, and play an important role in supporting and growing the business.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Strategize with team and sales agent to ensure business goals are met
