Production Planner (Pipe Yard Operations)

We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to support daily operations within a busy pipe yard. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing production schedules to ensure efficient workflow, on‑time processing, and smooth operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long‑term production schedules
• Coordinate workflow between departments to ensure efficient movement of materials
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
• Communicate with operations, logistics, and quality teams to resolve delays or bottlenecks
• Track inventory levels and ensure materials are available for scheduled work
• Prepare reports on production status, capacity, and performance
• Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize workflow and reduce downtime

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations (pipe yard or industrial environment preferred)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to analyze data and adjust plans quickly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and production systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• PPE
