Production Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planner to plan and schedule short- and long-term manufacturing processes for large industrial power electronics equipment.

What You'll Do

• Plan production tasks and schedules based on client orders and coordinate activities to improve runtime
• Develop, review, and adjust assembly build plans with management to meet production goals
• Monitor inventory levels, report material availability, and produce shortage reports in collaboration with Procurement and Warehouse
• Review capacity demands, issue materials/parts requisitions, and release manufacturing work orders to the warehouse
• Update scheduling spreadsheets, production charts, and utilize the ERP system to generate assembly work orders

What You'll Bring

• Associate's degree or equivalent through education and/or experience
• 2+ years of production planning experience in an assembly production environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and an ERP system
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally up to 5%, sometimes with limited notice

Preferred

• Proficiency in Oracle
• 5+ years total production planning experience in a manufacturing environment
