Customer Service / Production Coordinator

We are working with a large, privately owned manufacturer experiencing strong double-digit growth to identify a Customer Service / Production Coordinator.

This position acts as an important link between customers, Sales and Production, helping ensure customer orders are processed accurately and move through production and shipping on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through production and shipment.

• Work closely with customers, Sales and Production to communicate order requirements and timelines.

• Assist with production scheduling and material requirements.

• Verify order information for accurate invoicing.

• Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules.

• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers as required.

• Track customer requests and related KPIs.

• Review customer feedback and help identify opportunities for improvement.

• Work within established Quality Management Systems and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support or production coordination, preferably within manufacturing.

• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and email.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

• Post-secondary education is an asset.
