What We Offer:
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a detailed Master Production Schedule (MPS) that balances customer demand, inventory targets, and available capacity in a low-volume, high-mix aerospace manufacturing environment. The scheduler uses SAP and other planning tools to drive weekly execution schedules, long-term capacity planning, and material alignment. Continuous improvement of the tools and methods used to plan is expected. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination with Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of customer requirements.
Essential Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Supply Chain, or other technical.
3 years ERP/MRP experience.
6 months of SAP experience in OTC, MM or PTP.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Masters degree of Business Administration, Supply Chain, or other technical.
APICS Certification.
Experience in data-mining and analysis (Excel, SAP, Access/Brio Queries).
Strong communication and team skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Master production scheduling experience.
This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data ("CTD") and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR).
