Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Production Planning Manager to lead production planning, master scheduling, capacity planning, forecasting, and inventory management within a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP/MRP experience and proven leadership in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, master scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory strategies to meet customer and business requirements.
• Manage production schedules, shop-floor planning, dispatching, and production control to improve throughput and on-time delivery.
• Monitor material constraints, demand changes, capacity issues, and production disruptions, working closely with Operations, Procurement, Materials, and Program Management.
• Develop and analyze forecasts, AOPs, revenue plans, KPIs, and operational reports for management decision-making.
• Lead planning teams and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to support product launches and delivery commitments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
• Strong experience with master scheduling, capacity planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and production control.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing, EMS, Semiconductor, or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience with NPI/product launch planning and ERP/MRP implementation.
• APICS/CPIM/CSCP or related certification preferred.
