Position Summary The Production Planning Manager leads production planning and control for the gas turbine package manufacturing value stream— converting demand into a sequenced, executable, capacity-feasible schedule and leading the planning and scheduling team that delivers it. The role owns the published schedule and its commitments, the demonstrated-capacity model, material flow to the schedule, and the master data and transaction discipline an enterprise ERP depends on — running disciplined planning with today’s tools and system-based Master Planning (MRP) as the system of record after go-live. Success in this role is a value stream that delivers to schedule: adherence measured and improving, shortages escalated before impact rather than expedited around, and a team developed into system-fluent planning professionals. This position leads the turbine power-package value stream across our Sedalia and Houston campuses. Reports To: VP, Production Planning and Continuous Improvement Work Location: 2001 Proenergy Blvd, Sedalia, MO 65301 . This role will also support the 6246 McHard Road, Houston, TX 77053 location.
