Production Planning & Materials Supervisor

Join our team as a pivotal figure responsible for transforming client demands and inventory goals into actionable production schedules. Ensure smooth operations by managing the flow of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods needed for optimal production output. In this role, you will focus on orchestrating production timelines, overseeing work orders, and securing material availability. You'll act as a bridge between various departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Production, Warehousing, Procurement, and Quality Assurance to maintain seamless communication and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include developing strategic production schedules, optimizing equipment use, and minimizing downtime. You'll supervise timely completion of work orders and ensure data accuracy within our ERP system, maintaining precise inventory records and solving any discrepancies. Material coordination and flow management is critical, ensuring everything from packaging to finished products is well-organized and traceable. Additionally, the role demands effective cross-departmental partnerships to enhance production milestones, address execution issues, and drive continuous process improvements. A basic understanding of Spanish would be an advantage.
