Production/Print AssistantGrand Specialty is expanding and looking for a highly motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Production Assistant. This position plays an important role in supporting the production of our high-quality printed materials and is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.The Production Assistant will be responsible for preparing the printing area for production and ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are ready for each job. Responsibilities include washing, reclaiming, emulsifying, and preparing printing screens, as well as maintaining an organized work area while helping clean the entire facility. The Production Assistant will also remove printed materials from the printer, carefully organize them for storage, and assist with packaging finished products according to established procedures.Our printing process is similar to traditional silk screen printing and takes place in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Because our finished products require careful handling while the sheets cool, attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow specific packaging and storage procedures are essential.Frequent, high-volume production runs create a fast-paced work environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to stay engaged. The Production Assistant will work closely with the Production Specialist to maintain productivity, monitor the quality of finished products, and ensure that customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently.The ideal candidate will have a critical eye for detail and the ability to work quickly while consistently producing high-quality results. Previous printing or silk screening experience is preferred but is not required, as we are willing to train the right individual.
