$19 /Hour | Crestline, OH | Work Only ~15 Days/Month

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Quality Inspectors in Crestline. No previous quality inspection experience is required.

Pay & Schedule

$19.00 /hour

12-Hour Rotating Pitman Schedule (2-2-3)
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

With this schedule you'll:

• Work only about 15 days each month
• Have every other weekend off
• Get built-in weekdays off
• Know your rotating schedule in advance

What You'll Do

• Inspect finished products for cosmetic and quality defects
• Verify products meet established quality standards
• Identify and separate products that don't meet requirements
• Package approved finished products for shipment
• Accurately complete inspection documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow required PPE and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Dependable attendance and reliability
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required

No previous quality inspection experience required. Paid, hands-on training is provided.

Additional Requirements

• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots (leather or suede)
• Ability to wear required PPE
• Background check required
• Oral drug screen required (THC excluded)
