Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Quality Inspectors for a growing manufacturer in Richland Co. No previous quality inspection experience is required; provided paid, hands-on training to help you succeed from day one.

Pay
$19.00 per hour

Schedule
12-Hour Rotating Pitman Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Paid Training
No inspection experience? No problem.

Your first week includes paid, hands-on training with experienced team members before transitioning to your assigned shift.

What You'll Do

• Inspect finished products for cosmetic and quality defects
• Ensure products meet customer quality standards
• Separate non-conforming products
• Package finished products for shipment
• Complete inspection documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements

What We're Looking For
We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong eye for detail.

Ideal candidates have :

• Great attendance and reliability
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required

Requirements

• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots (leather or suede)
• Ability to wear required PPE
• Background check required
• Oral drug screen (THC excluded)
