Production Quality Lineside Liaison | Full-time | 1st shift$21-22/hourTrigo Quality Solutions are currently hiring Lineside Liaison for a full-time 1st shift position supporting inspection activities at a manufacturing facility in Austin TX plant inside the Tesla plant. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with prior inspection or manufacturing quality experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform visual inspections automotive parts Identify cosmetic defects, damage, or nonconforming conditions Report and document damaged or defective parts accurately Follow inspection procedures and customer quality requirements Maintain accurate inspection records and reporting documentation Communicate findings clearly with onsite leadership and project teams Support containment or sorting activities as required Follow all site safety guidelines and procedures Inspection performed directly on production parts within a manufacturing environmentQualificationsPrevious quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred Experience inspecting painted surfaces or cosmetic finishes is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects Ability to stand, walk, and perform inspections for extended periods Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned schedule Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a contract role Ideal CandidateThis role is well suited for inspectors, quality technicians, or team leads seeking an opportunity where they can quickly contribute their inspection experience and support a critical quality initiative.About TRIGO Global Quality SolutionsFounded in 1997, TRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
