Production Scheduler requires:

Proven experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, and demand forecasting, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

- Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems (MACPAC AS400,Microsoft Excel, Word doc, Teams, and outlook).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Production Scheduler duties:

Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand, resource availability, and inventory targets.

Analyze historical data and market trends to accurately forecast future demand, enabling proactive planning.

Assess the production capacity and constraints, making recommendations for capacity adjustments or process improvements as needed.

Optimize inventory levels by balancing production schedules with stock levels, aiming to reduce carrying costs while meeting customer needs
