Injection Molding Production - Afternoon/Night Shift Supervisor We have an opening for a Night Shift Production Supervisor who are enthusiastic and looking to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate with have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must strategic thinkers and lead with a hands-on approach. Essential Functions- Lead team by demonstrating a commitment to everyone's safety in the workplace.
- Planning, assigning, and directing work activities to meet production schedules
- Monitor operator workload and /or utilization.
- Audit and submit daily updated production report.
- Troubleshooting for quality and efficiency optimization.
- Suggest and promote continuous improvement ideas
- Conduct necessary coaching and counselling of employees including leading or participating in the progressive disciplinary process.

Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years' supervisory experience.
- 3-5 years' experience in plastics preferred (injection molding), but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check, physical and drug screen
