What You'll Do as a Production Supervisor:

• Lead and support a team of production employees to achieve daily goals
• Coordinate workflows and production activities to meet operational objectives
• Monitor staffing, workloads, and production priorities throughout the shift
• Ensure quality standards and operating procedures are consistently followed
• Provide employee coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and best practices
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and solve operational challenges

What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor Role:

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required
• Previous leadership experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Production Lead, or similar role preferred
• Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with production reporting systems
