Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift Food Processing & Packaging

You will oversee an evening shift team, leading them to achieve operational excellence and ensuring compliance with all food safety and quality standards. Expect a work schedule from 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of Saturday shifts, and gain financially with a competitive base salary complemented by overtime premiums for weekend work and performance-based bonuses.

To succeed, bring 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or a regulated packaging environment. A strong understanding of GMPs, food safety guidelines such as HACCP and SQF, and a knack for lean manufacturing are key. Your role will include enhancing team dynamics, driving efficiency, and maintaining robust communication across shifts. Required is a collaborative leader who can navigate technical tools, like Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and manage teams skillfully.
