Oversee daily production activities to ensure schedules are met efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor production performance, identify operational challenges, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions. Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous workflow. Drive employee development and continuous improvement initiatives through training, performance feedback, and process optimization efforts.
