Position Summary:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor (Off Shift) to lead a team of associates to drive operational efficiency, product quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, five days per week, supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Standard schedule will be 8:30PM-6:00AM, Sunday-Thursday.

- Promote a strong food safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards
