How you'll make an impact
Lead and guide production teams to achieve daily targets
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
Resolve production issues and equipment challenges quickly
Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
Maintain accurate production records and inventory levels
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams
Support troubleshooting and operation of production equipment
Your background
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles
Familiarity with quality systems and safety standards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and team collaboration skills
