What You'll Do as a Production Supervisor:- Oversee warehouse and production teams to support efficient daily operations
- Coordinate new production line initiatives, including changes to technology, systems, business processes, and job responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve procedures and SOPs for warehouse and production processes
- Train production leads, dock coordinators, distribution clerks, and employees on inventory control procedures and company policies
- Support receiving, storage, distribution, FIFO inventory practices, production scheduling, and staffing needs
- Assist with hiring, 30-60-90-day performance evaluations, promotions, disciplinary actions, employee training, and temporary staffing
- Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, GMPs, and audit requirements while communicating effectively across shifts and departments
What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor Role:- 1–2 years of warehousing or transportation experience preferred, but not required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and customer portals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, vendors, customers, and visitors
- Ability to work in both an office setting and production/warehouse environment
- Ability to regularly stand and sit for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and team leadership skills
