Production Supervisor - Automated Assembly

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Lead and coordinate production activities for automated assembly operations, including scheduling personnel and equipment, shift changes, changeovers, and production priorities.
-Monitor high-speed automated machinery, production quality, downtime, inventory, and production data while ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.
-Coach, train, and develop assembly personnel on safety, quality, GMP/ISO, operational procedures, and production expectations while addressing performance and attendance issues as needed.
-Partner with Engineering, Planning, Warehousing, and other departments to resolve material and equipment issues, support troubleshooting, maintain production schedules, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of production and automated assembly experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
-Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and levels of the organization.
-Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience working with SAP or similar production management systems.
-Detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Bachelor"s degree in a technical field or related discipline.
-Experience with GMP/ISO environments, quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
-Salary: $80,000k range, depending on experience.
-Schedule: Open to candidates interested in 1st or 2nd shift.
