Description - This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturing company in the area! This is a hands on leadership role overseeing the overall manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. You will ensure production deadlines are being met, as well as quality standards. This role will support technical issues as needed with production machinery and look for ways to minimize scrap and ensure high safety standards. This is a direct hire, permanent position offering full benefits and room for growth!
- Must have technical knowledge of injection molding processes and mechanical aptitude
- Must have strong communication and leadership skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Knowledge of quality inspection and assembly operations preferred
