    Job Overview

    Supervises the activities of employees engaged in the production and liaises with other supervisors and managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.

    Your main tasks

    • Supervise daily molding production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.
    • Lead, coach, and motivate production operators to maximize performance, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
    • Plan and allocate manpower according to production schedules and customer requirements.
    • Monitor production performance through KPIs, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards by monitoring production processes and addressing non-conformities.
    • Optimize machine utilization and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by reducing downtime and improving cycle efficiency.
    • Coordinate mold changeovers and work closely with the Process Engineering team to reduce setup and changeover time.
    • Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and rapid resolution of machine breakdowns.
    • Support production planning and capacity requirements to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
    • Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools) to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
    • Ensure full implementation and sustainability of 5S+1 standards and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
    • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
    • Train, develop, and evaluate production personnel to enhance technical skills and career growth.
    • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for production and quality issues.
    • Prepare production reports, analyze performance trends, and communicate results and action plans to management.
    • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Logistics, and Planning teams to ensure smooth production operations and continuous customer satisfaction.

    Your ideal Background

    • Master degree in mechanical engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related Industrial Engineering discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production, Process, Methods, or Industrial Engineering leadership role.
    • Proven experience with molding processes in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of molding technologies, equipment, and process optimization.
    • Demonstrated expertise in process problem-solving, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
    • Solid understanding and practical application of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
    • Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
    • Good knowledge of industrial rotating equipment and molding machines.
    • Experience in improving manufacturing processes to optimize productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
    • Experience in ergonomic workstation design and material flow optimization.
    • Good understanding of manufacturing Plant KPIs and performance
