$27.00–$34.00/hour + Paid Overtime

Our client has been manufacturing the highest-quality products for over 100 years. They are an essential manufacturer, and business is booming. They are seeking a talented Team Leader to join their team. This is a first shift position, Monday-Thursday from 6:00am - 4:30pm.

As a Team Leader, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Coaching, training, and mentoring production associates in their assembly area
- Assisting Production Supervisors and serving as their backup when needed
- Supporting the production line as necessary
- Ensuring production goals are met
- Upholding quality and safety standards
- Preparing required paperwork and reports
- Ensuring sufficient materials are available to meet production needs
To Be Considered, You Must Have:
- Previous supervision or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivation
