We are seeking a high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish) Production Supervisor to manage and direct production activities onsite in Mesquite, TX. You will lead, train, and motivate a talented team to hit daily goals while ensuring every piece of equipment leaves our facility in flawless condition. This role is a perfect match for a dynamic leader who wants to make a direct impact on operational success and drive continuous improvement.Schedule & Work-Life BalanceEnjoy a consistent schedule with a three-day weekend most of the year:Four 10-hour days: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMNote: Some Fridays may be required as needed during our peak season.What You'll DoLead & Train Personnel: Direct team members in assembly, testing, and packaging. You will handle onboarding, training, and cross-training for maximum team flexibility.Drive Line Efficiency: Keep work moving smoothly according to instructions and parts lists.
