Job Description
Supervise and lead a team of production associates, technicians, and operators during your assigned shift. Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals. Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance and tooling teams to minimize downtime. Support troubleshooting efforts on molding equipment and manufacturing processes. Ensure adherence to quality standards, work instructions, and operating procedures. Train, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a positive team environment. Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate production priorities across departments. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Shift Supervisor should have: Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Injection molding or plastics manufacturing experience required. Strong understanding of production, quality, and safety processes. Experience managing schedules, staffing, and production metrics. Proven ability to motivate teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
