What You'll Do as a Production Support Assistant:- Clean and deburr machined parts
- Load and unload CNC machines; no setup or programming required
- Load robot pallets and support automated production processes
- Perform basic part inspections using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and other measuring tools
- Dump chip bins and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Assist machinists with day-to-day production needs
What You Need to Bring to the Production Support Assistant Role:- Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning manufacturing skills
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided for the right individual
