Position Summary: We are looking for hands-on Production Team Lead, who will movitate and support a team to achieve safety, quality and production goals while driving continuous improvement. Are You Looking To:Provide on-going training to employees in a designated work cell and assign proper training to new team members. Provide leadership to employees by maintaining high quality standards.Support strategic direction and specific projects as directed by Supervisor. Are You Ready To:Apply job knowledge and skills to improve productivity, quality and timeliness, and to solve problems, using good judgment.Implement new technologies or methods.Implement ISO and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.Operate equipment and use tools and techniques effectively, efficiently and in accordance with cutting edge shop techniques and appropriate ergonomic principles. What You’ll Need:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum three years’ experience in manufacturing setting.Prior leadership experience preferred.Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.Bilingual -English and Spanish.Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
