Production Team Lead (On-Site)

Position Summary:

 We are looking for hands-on Production Team Lead, who will movitate and support a team to achieve safety, quality and production goals while driving continuous improvement.

Are You Looking To:

• Provide on-going training to employees in a designated work cell and assign proper training to new team members. 
• Provide leadership to employees by maintaining high quality standards.
• Support strategic direction and specific projects as directed by Supervisor.

Are You Ready To:

• Apply job knowledge and skills to improve productivity, quality and timeliness, and to solve problems, using good judgment.
• Implement new technologies or methods.
• Implement ISO and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Operate equipment and use tools and techniques effectively, efficiently and in accordance with cutting edge shop techniques and appropriate ergonomic principles.

 What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years’ experience in manufacturing setting.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Bilingual -English and Spanish.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
