Production Team Lead

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

Summary of Work / Job Responsibilities

·Promote safety in the workplace daily; lead and direct Safety Program on a team as defined on the respective area.

·Lead safety discussions with associates, audit associate safety practices during walk around

·Attendance - be present for scheduled shifts and additional management team meetings as necessary

·Read, review, suggest improvement and follow issued production schedule

·Provide on-the-job training for associates in all areas of their job duties

·Maintain housekeeping standards 5s by inspecting each line.

·Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality, productivity, cost efficiency and working environment in the department.

·Follow and Maintain department procedure and work instructions updating as necessary

·Maintain compliance with QMS system; QA Scrap & First Piece Approvals
