Penmac Staffing is hiringAssembly Workers for a hands-on manufacturing role in the Lincoln, MO area. In this full-time position, you will help build small electric motors using hand tools and machines. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands and following precise instructions.Schedule for Assembly Workers:- Monday through Thursday

• 10-hour shifts
• 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Daily and Friday overtime opportunities available

Pay for Assembly Workers:$16.50 per hour

Requirements for the Assembly Workers:- Ability to stand for 10–12 hours per shift

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be available for full-time hours
• Experience using small power tools preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions or blueprints

Assembly Worker Responsibilities:- Assemble small electric motors using hand tools and equipment

• Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy
• Inspect finished products for quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
