Compensation: $25.00-$29.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. (Overtime may be required on Fridays)

What You'll Do as a Production Technician:- Perform welding activities while meeting quality and productivity standards
- Set up and operate lasers, press brakes, and other fabrication equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move materials and finished products
- Complete quality inspections and verify products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot routine production issues and perform machine setups/changeovers
- Support multiple departments and production areas as business needs change
What You Need to Bring to the Production Technician Role:- High school diploma or GED
- Three or more years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and fast-paced manufacturing environments
