Production Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. If you have a passion for hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:• Adhere to detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure high-quality product output.• Conduct quality checks to confirm that products meet established quality standards.• Comply with all relevant policies, guidelines, and safety requirements as outlined in the Lexington Medical Quality System.• Complete all administrative tasks related to business or regulatory requirements in a timely manner.• Report any issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials to management promptly.• Provide on-the-job training to colleagues as needed to ensure consistent production quality and efficiency.• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to facilitate smooth manufacturing operations.Physical Requirements:• Ability to use small hand tools and assemble small mechanical parts.• Capable of using hands to handle, finger, or feel materials.• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach within arm’s length, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly.• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.• Specific vision requirements include close vision and color vision for precise assembly tasks.Qualifications & Education:• High school diploma or equivalent required.• Ability to read and comprehend written procedures in English.• Strong written and oral communication skills.• Highly organized with attention to detail.• Familiarity with office computer programs.• Previous experience with small parts assembly is strongly preferred.• Experience in the medical device industry or other regulated industries is a plus.• Cleanroom experience is a plus
