Job Title: Production Test Technician N02 Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company Location: Waltham, MA 02453 Duration: 6 Months | Possible Extension Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Work Arrangement: Onsite
Job Summary The Production Test Technician II will perform electro-mechanical assembly, calibration, testing, and quality checks for analyzers in a medical device manufacturing environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to follow established procedures and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Perform electro-mechanical assembly of analyzers.
Calibrate electronic devices according to customer orders.
Use hand tools and test equipment to complete production and testing activities.
Follow documented procedures and quality standards.
Complete work orders on schedule and meet established standard times.
Identify and report nonconforming products/materials and safety issues.
Accurately record labor time in the MRP system.
Maintain the work area according to 6S/Lean manufacturing standards.
Support multiple areas within the department as needed.
Work effectively with team members to meet production requirements.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Manual dexterity and basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of related experience typically required.
Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
