Production Technician

Liberty Puzzles has been proudly manufacturing heirloom-inspired, laser-cut wooden jigsaw puzzles in Boulder since 2005. Job Purpose
Technicians in our Production department cut and clean our wooden puzzles to prepare them for quality inspection, packaging, and shipment. Production is a hands-on department focused on craftsmanship, consistency, and efficiency. Hours are 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM M-F.

This position is for our factory location at 6175 Longbow Drive, Boulder, CO 80301.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cutting wooden puzzles according to established production procedures and quality standards
• Cleaning puzzles to remove residue and prepare for take apart
• Sorting and organizing puzzles throughout the production process to ensure accurate workflow
• Performing visual inspections to identify defects or quality concerns before puzzles move to the next stage
• Learning to perform routine laser maintenance and upkeep to support efficient production operations
• Handling puzzles carefully to prevent damage and maintain product quality
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout each shift
• Meeting daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail and craftsmanship

What We're Looking For

• No prior manufacturing experience required. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks accurately and consistently
• Ability to stand and move throughout the workday while performing production work
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, as this role requires consistent in-person presence at our Boulder (Gunbarrel) factory
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn new techniques as the department evolves

Compensation
This position pays $20.00 per hour.
