Production Technician

We are a custom cable design and manufacturing company looking for a Production Technician. Great opportunity to work in a casual, friendly, dynamic environment.•Looking for the right candidate to work with hand tools, fixtures, and work instructions to perform a series of operations resulting in the assembly of custom cable assemblies•Follow detailed assembly instructions and processes outlined on production drawings and work order travelers•Perform in-process inspection•Provide job function support to coworkers as needed•Opportunity to learn all facets of Production areas including Quality Control•Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Supervisor•Use good practices to ensure all products are built to the highest standard of qualityRequired Skills:•Hand dexterity important; small parts being assembled•Tasks are generally of a repetitive nature, must be able to do the same task for an extended period with precision•Understand how to read measurements on a ruler•Familiarity with IPC Standards a plus•Soldering experience a strong plus•Experience with ISO 9001:2015 requirement a plus•On-site job training
