Production Technician I train on 1st shift for a month or so then go to 3rd shift.
Duties: • operating production machinery to produce advanced composite materials • set-up, run, and changeover operations • in-process quality checks, labeling, and packaging • accurately document manufacturing process • Maintain a clean working environment and follow ALL safety policies • Recognizes equipment and product problems to maintain quality standards
